Rudy Efendy is a founder of Resonant Coaching Associates. He is currently doing coaching for individuals, team, corporate, for executive and managerial level. He holds ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt®️) and Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) credential. He is currently mentor coach registered with ICF.

He is an International Licensed Trainer of  NLP  from the Society of NLP Richard Bandler, USA. He is also certified practitioner for  Hogan assessment, MBTI and CPI 260 (California Psychological Inventory).

Rudy Efendy has been working in top foreign and multinational banks for more than 24 years with extensive breath of experience in sales management, operations, learning and development, human resources. He holds several top managerial positions and has been taking leadership role in many organizations since 1992.

His passion is in developing individuals to unlock their potentials and evoke transformation in fulfilling their higher purpose so that they can create positive and impactful contribution to the organization and environment.
